Payment

Payment: Payment is due immediately. Payment methods include cash, money order, cashier's check or check with a bank letter of credit or approved by auctioneer, Visa, MasterCard, or wire transfer(wire fees at the buyer's expense). Payment must be received within 4 days after the sale.

Sales Tax

NJ sales tax in the amount of 6.625% will be charged on all purchases or you can submit in advance a valid resale tax certificate to the auctioneer.

Condition

Condition: All merchandise is sold "as is, where is." Descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain the condition and authenticity of an item before bidding. If there is any question, the buyer must ask auctioneer within 48hrs prior to the auction. Once an item is sold, The winning bidder becomes the owner of the item immediately at the close of the bid.
